Cry of Thunder interaction with warcry effects

Cry of Thunder is unusable when there is an existing "warcry" affect on the affects list. This usually isn't a problem since warcry is a self-buff, but there are 2 cases of unwelcome warcry affects blocking Cry of Thunder. These affects prevent Cry of Thunder use for their (long) periods of effect. 1. Warcry from an ally with Vanguard's Desire. 2. Warcry from Blademaster's Gloves. I know these are edge cases, but would it be possible to fix them? Thanks!
