Cancelled Corpseguard
Description
Killed a shapeshifter and then hid/sneak. Didn't have detect invis up. A lower out of range shapeshifter ("someone") then walked up and proceeded to take 5-6 items out of the corpse without me backhanding him even once. Was it me being hidden that cancelled corpseguard or his being undetected invis or both?

Or does the corpseguard thing kicks in AFTER they step out to pick things up? n/t

On the topic of corpse guard, does it do anything special when the would-be looters can't see the person guarding the corpse?
In that situation it seems like it never fails. If that is in fact the case, I wondered whether its by design or not.

Nope, doesn't do anything special.
It still runs through the normal chance roll in that situation.
