I picked up Stelthy Redimensioning with my D-E muter and have the appropriate spell mastered. Is there something I'm missing stat wise? I have never seen it work as all my allies always react to me, and every enemy I pop in on always spots me before I can do anything? I'm just wondering if it is suppost to have such a horrible success rate?

No bugs present, it's not by any means 100% success rate, much smaller.
