Only on this specific mob? Looking at the code, this will happen if you are not in the same room when the second kick goes through or if the victim is not fighting.

I just tried it with the mob, and an assassin, and had no problem landing the second part of the kicks. I tossed in some debugging code to try and track the problem down but for now, nothing has changed.

Zulg I donot have a log, though with my last assassin a few months back this one kick was happening all the time and on a few different mobs but only in the one area. I just put it down to the area, It was on the Bull Hook Horrors and Umber Hulks in the Abandoned Mines. I was wearing the spike-toed boots if that has something to do with it bit it nearly happened every battle with the umber hulks.
