These are the things you can do: Basic Commands Shapeshift : Shapeshift to another form Revert : Revert to your normal form Enliven : Alters the energy state of your being Kinspeak : Speak to others in your form family Skills Bite : Bite your opponent Rake : Rake your claws against your opponent's body Automatic Abilities Dam Reduction : Minimal Damage Reduction Dodge : Minimal Dodge Ability Strangely enough, my bear seems to be taking INCREASED damage, not less. Out of form, without any partial enlivens or other protections, or in my ant form, I take less damage.
