Bug with Escape of the Innocent

You close your eyes and hum for an instant. A soft light envelopes the area as you pray for the purification of the souls of your companions. Caerga is not cursed. Remove the curse from whom? You are not cursed. Had a hidden group mate that missed the remove curse but the word still got them. In this case they weren't cursed but is this by design?
