Description
1. He is camoflauged in a civilized room.
2. He can be tamed, which is unusual for sentient (demonic) beings.
3. (Just thought of this) There's another ranger camo'd in the room w/ the Captain of the Guards. Can't remember if that square is civilized too, but it might be.

The Tame stuff is fixed.
As for concealment, NPCs are given some leeway when concealing themself in their "home turf". Area author choice.
