Rot and Regen Shifters

Description

I noticed the Komodo Dragon regenerates while rotted. I don't know how this works with other forms or not, or if it's intended but.. They shouldn't heal hp or mv while rotted, naturally.

They don't heal as much, but it doesn't prevent them entirely. By Design.
