Another way to blind a lich
Description
Naboueh, a fire giant savage bedouin ranger, used to be able to blind Satebos with one of the bedouin abilities, either 'whirling simoon' or 'whirling dervish'. The effect was dirt kick for approx 6 hours, if memory serves.
