Asphyxiating Toxins

Description

I can't get it to work. I've failed LOTS of times... considering the cost and time in making a knock-out poison that is annoying but hey, I signed up for it. But I haven't seen an echo. I haven't seen anything asphyxiate. I've even tried making more potent knock-out poisons. I don't think it is working. I tried it in a pk but they died before the hour ticked so I don't know if it worked or not.

That's because there wasn't one. I added it.

It doesn't asphyxiate like gill growth out of water does, but I did boost it a bit more than it was.
