I think the check for autoassist and forms may be a little screwy... I have experienced my forms not assist for many rounds or not at all after the death of another mob in the room, or sometimes in the beginning of combat... It isn't always but just sometimes.

I added in some debugging to check this out (since this isn't the first report of this I've seen), and figured out whoever added the morale causing autoassist to fail screwed it up.
