Description
Regarding lightforge: scroll
The spell levels in the lightforged scrolls seems off. In my experience scroll spells are typically higher in level than the level required to recite it. I always thought that was because scrolls are a one-shot deal that have to be used to initiate combat, which is much more limited than wands and staves. It is probably intentional, but I know you are all still hammering this ability out, so feedback is good.
