Expected: Telluric surge harms metal creatures.
Happens: It doesn't. Just says they don't have any metal armor.
Examples: Iron golems, lead golems, drolem, etc.

Subject: FNCR. Mostly.
1) This works correctly now if the victim is entirely made of metal.
2) This relies on the area author assigning the NPC a material type, which is not done by default. If you see a specific NPC where this logically should work (but doesn't), file it as a typo, and someone will look at it. Note that this should be the predominant material-- an NPC with some metal armor in a description doesn't count. Iron golems and the like do.
3) Telluric currents are inspired by, but not identical to, magnetic fields. Please do not assume real-world physics applies-- for example, Telluric Surge works just fine on copper items and the like.
