Possible bug with apply inhaled fear/mind-control poison on knocked-out person
Description
I found it impossible to apply fear or mind-control inhaled poison on knocked-out person.
This looks buggy, perhaps this designed specially, perhaps this came as a bug with that anti-knockout timer.
