Hare Craziness with burrow and jump!
Description
Apparently you can burrow with a hare. Once that is successful, you can then jump and stay burrowed. I was able to jump down all of eastern road while burrowed, into Galadon, around on the streets, etc.

You search for a suitable place to dig a burrow.
