Skills/Sups at 100%

Two things I've noticed. This is not in my head either, so I was curious if there is a problem with the actual abilities. 1. Transmute metal to wood. Through use I got this sup to 100%. I blew up at most a total of 5 items. Now that it is at 100% it is probably closer to 1 in 4 items s'plodes. Possibly I just got lucky, but I thought I would ask. 2. Herbal forage. Now that this is at 100% I seem to consistently get utility herbs. Would someone mind taking a look into this?
