New transmuter spell possible bug?
Description
I fought a mob that was accelerated by a muter out of my range, while fighting it, my moves were drained. I read the help file, and it seems like this is ment to be the effect on the target of the spell? I have a log, but I think its pretty self explanitory.

Subject: Fixed.
There was one case where it was affecting the wrong person. It's back to normal function- all the movement loss should be on an Accelerated person.
