Dexterity

Just curious if this form had its dexterity and constitution backwards or not? It's a defensive form with rather poor dodging capability (especially if you're trying to make it to level 30-32 with it), and thought it might be a result of the dexterity. Dexterity shows as 16, and the constitution shows as 24. Did they get backwards somehow?
