More healer bugs

Description

1. First aid seems to trigger correctly until you sleep right before the last effect....then wake up later, the last bit of first aid goes off. Aka - echoes, sleep, wake and last echo. 2. Can spiritual salve get a timer in your affect list? 3. Is it right that 'prayer' can not be learned by spamming like the other communes?
