Description
If you have gills of the Axolotl enlivened, but are trying to shift from human form, it doesn't work. It does if you go from human to manta (gills come back up) then manta to dire wolf.

Double check? I read the bugboard post for "a while ago" but wasn't high enough level to play with it. Maybe a week later (and several reboots) I got to hero and had the experience you see there.
I have since deleted, so I can't validate one way or the other... but I'm certain that happened to me well after the first fix.
