Healer Calm

It doesn't seem to matter whether you use a target or not. It acts the same way as far as I can tell. The affects happen to everyone in your group as well. I presume that would work with no target, but only me and the target would be affected when using the 'targeted' syntax. I have the Peacemaker Edge, but I think it works the same as it did before I took it. -Cassman-
