Learning from a mobs weapon

I thought this was a warrior only thing. (This is with an AP.) Hopefully by design, but I didn't see any code changes like this. Your slash MASSACRES a bandit! A bandit dodges your slash. You have become better at dagger! You learn about fighting with daggers by watching a bandit. You dodge a bandit's pierce. A bandit has some small but disgusting cuts.
