Gorhn's quest

Not sure what happened here, but I completed Gorhn's quest at level 30, and ranked to level 31 from it. It seems I both completed and failed the quest. I got the reward and exp just fine, so it didn't cost me anything, but I do have to entries in my quest log now. Gorhn the dragon hunter tells you 'Well done. Here is your reward.' (You receive 1000 experience points.) You raise a level!! Your gain is: 15/497 hp, 14/506 m, 9/521 mv 3/14 prac. You failed to complete the quest 'Northern Foothills: Gorhn the Dragon Hunter' by level 30.
