binding + forms
Description
If you truss a shifter when he's in humanoid form he can not only shift himself, but the bindings stay in place and he takes no damage from the shifting.
So even though you can't actually truss a crocodile because you can't bind its hands, you can truss a shifter who can then change into a crocodile, giving you a trussed crocodile.
Figure this might be by design due to game-play considerations, but it seemed weird.
