1) You now can't get a "failed quest" because the final XP award bumped you past the quest's maximum level. 2) You can still fail the quest this way if the intermediate-step rewards bump you beyond the quest's maximum level-- you get that far and not farther. However, you won't be stuck with random lines on your quest list until next level. 3) I moved the maximum level for this quest up by one. It was originally set to match the Academy, but since the last 2/3 or so is outside the Academy, it's possible that someone that started it late will need the extra level. valguarnera@carrionfields.com
