Legacy Echo for Warriors
Description
[18392] Drezen: There *really* should be some kind of message when a warrior hits 44 and 48 indicating that they now have a legacy choice available. If I were new I would not even know it had happened.
Only reason I'm posting this here is because I think it's probably a good idea for the newbies.
