Disrupt flesh with the Fleshripper edge doesn't seem to cause bleeding in victims - mobs or players, from what I can tell. Shouldn't it cause it in both?

But disrupt flesh? That was broken. It's always supposed to cause bleeding (potentially); Fleshripper just makes the bleeding that wasn't happening right last a little longer.
