Keep of Rightous, the felar assassin mob was kicking me with scissor kicks every single round three rounds in a row.. I prayed about it and was confirmed I should post, just haven't in a few days with the recent forum complications. I believe the felar is the only felar mob of that type there so should'nt be too hard to find.

Basically mobs use the random number generator to simulate their lag from skills. Looking at the assassin prog, everything looks normal for an average 2 round lag per skill. Sounds like you fell on the short end of the stick this time. Unfortunately...still by design.
