Bioempathy

It seems to have no or small re-use timer. When I was raiding it was called upon me almost every hour. The timer on me was reset to 14 hours every hour or so. So I had no chance of getting a tick or two without it. Most other effects I can think of aren't re-upable like that. sleep, blind, manacles, etc. You have to wait untill they wear off before you re-apply the effect. Just wondering if this is by design, or a bug, or an oversight.
