fire elemental incinerate
Description
when you use this in cities/wilderness it sets the room on fire. You take heat damage and all but it doesn't actually make the room on fire and burning like a fireball would. I am not sure if it is by design or not but it seems like even if it doesn't create a spreadable fire it should ash that room at least.
