Boots of Speed not working?
Description
I've had the boots of speed a couple times, and the prog just doesn't seem to fire at all. I wish I could say I've worn them for X number of minutes of fighting difinitively, but I'd estimate that in probably 60 real time minutes of fighting I've seen them fire only once. Am I crazy?
