Trib Powers & Hiding
Description
Are all of the Trib cabal powers supposed to pull me out of hiding? Powers like magistrate status, the networks, and archive aren't very obvious and I was wondering if this is how they're supposed to work with thieves/assassins in Trib?

Calling a cabal power takes all characters out of hiding, excepting Battle scouts.

Would it be worth making it, and using it for a thief/assassin imm reward?
Stalking with Nano and wanting Vanguard before I assassinated a rager berserker lost me a few stalks I needed. Two rounds of lag is nasty for a cabal power called quite often.
