I recently have tried a couple times and can't get any of the quests in moudrilar to work. Even the free food =(
I am hoping you guys just messed around with something in the area and accidently broke it.

Sometimes for no apparent reason, the things just don't trigger at the times they are supposed to. Usually waiting until the next game day (24 ticks) works fine.
