Binding on shifters repost

Description

Well, as per my earlier post some shifter forms can not be bound because they do not have limbs. Sucks as this does, I found something new. Last I checked I could NOT bind hands these forms. A sand lizard A badger A freaking jaguar I mean, they do have hands dont they?
