Chargeset and Ghosts

Suspect is already a ghost from dying in PK but he also has a warrant on him. Normally if he is a ghost then the guards should not be able to kill him. Yet because of chargeset triggering, this happens: Maethron's lieutenant yells 'Suspect is a CRIMINAL! PROTECT THE INNOCENT!!' The gods protect Suspect from Maethron's lieutenant. Maethron's lieutenant yells 'Suspect is a CRIMINAL! PROTECT THE INNOCENT!!' Maethron's lieutenant's attack is halted by Suspect at the tip of a halberd inscribed with a dragon. Suspect's slice *** DEMOLISHES *** Maethron's lieutenant! The special guard yells 'Suspect is a CRIMINAL! PROTECT THE INNOCENT!!' The gods protect Suspect from the special guard. Maethron's lieutenant's slash MASSACRES Suspect! Suspect is DEAD!! You hear Suspect's death cry.
