Reckless sorcerer is still broken

At least my area spells don't hit myself all the time anymore, but forked lightning is still acting very weird. It isn't an area spell in the first place, but when I use it against a *player*, not a mob, it becomes one, hitting everyone and everything present. If I use it against a mob, it works normally and hits the mob and its group/other same type mobs in the room. Again, I argue since it's not an area spell to begin with and normally has NO chance of hitting wrong targets... it shouldn't become so hazardous when used in a pk fight.
