lowbie quest

Description

Failed , Lumberyard: Rat and Spider Extermination ok. but how is it that i failed it when i didnt even get it in the first place? i repeatedly went by the 'quest mob' between levels 4-8, and not once did he pop the question, nor did it show up in my quests. i figured hey, im a duergar, and the mob is a dwarf, maybe thats it. but then i reach level 9, and it shows up as failed. wtf?

All you have to do is walk into the room with the guy to get the quest. I'm sure you had it. Also you could still do it at level 9. It doesn't fail until you go past 10.
