The ones wielding lances (with polearm spec skills) will begin but not finish their entrap movements.

This one is tricky.
Basically, they can and will complete entrap maneuvers. I was able to reproduce this fairly easily. However, they will sometimes begin an entrap, and become lagged due to automatic actions (like dirt kicking at you), and not finish it until later. This is something that would be very hard to fix without making mobs fully susceptible to lag, which we aren't going to do for reasons discussed elsewhere.
They will also try to entrap in some situations when entrap will never work, but this is a function of how smart we want them to be. I'll consult with the area author on that one. I did make an unrelated fix that stops them from trying to overhead with a polearm, so they'll pick something else and be a little smarter than they used to be.
