Evading while resting
Description
Per below, I tried bashing someone down, couldn't, but he was able to evade and I was lagged for 2 rounds.

It's harder, but the person is resting, not unconscious.

Should this happen on bash/trip since they do not work on resting targets? Seems a bit odd to evade an attack that is never performed.

Subject: Yup.
It checks at the moment of the attempt, before you get into the details of how likely success is. The same thing can happen with mongooses, Flow of Shadows and all other related abilities.
