Fear Poison and lagging skills
Description
I don't know if this is intended, but you can't keep fear poisoned people in combat with lagging skills.
Example log:
You trip FearVictim and he goes down!
You trample around loudly again.
Your trip scratches FearVictim.
FearVictim leaves south.
FearVictim has fled!
FearVictim yells 'Help! Poisoner just tripped me!'

Subject: Fixed.
I consulted with Sebeok, and as of next crash/reboot it will work in more like wimpy does with respect to lag.
