Divine Sect powers bugged?

Black channel never works. I have tried experimenting and it just refuses to do anything. Imperial vengeance seems weird too.. saw sakard do good stuff with it but me on the other hand. Blidden yells 'Die, Mazaufat, you sorcerous dog!' You carry out the vengeance of the Empire! Your imperial vengeance injures Blidden. Blidden has some small but disgusting cuts. Is this by design or just something that was overlooked?

This is fixed next crash/reboot.

Vengeance is different for shamans and healers yes. A healer isn't going to be nearly as cool laying waste as a shaman will. A healer should be happy he has an offensive weapon at all.
