Power word decay bug.
Description
c 'power word decay' zombie
You point to a zombie and say 'Decay'.
Your disruption *** DEVASTATES *** a zombie!
A zombie has some small but disgusting cuts.
This seems very wrong.
No timer for power word decay was added to my affect list either.
