Call me lazy, but help note needs updating....txt

Im pretty lazy and all and bad at sepllnin things :)
Basically I use help note so that I get a list of the cabals and names to send notes to so that I KNOW that they got there.
Just want to say that it still has maran and dawn and I dont think empire. Perhaps help note was over looked but if there are more like me then please o' please help us people out! Thanks
