probably not a bug but worth a mention
Description
I use grapple weapon and offhand grapple all the time and I never improve at it. The only time I've improved is from level gains.
Given that I have probably used these skills over 500 times now in total, I thought I'd mention it in case there is something wrong with learning from success or failures on them.
Might just be RNG but doesn't seem like it, given that I've been using it extensively for over 10 levels now.

I double-checked it, but the code looks fine, and several PCs have it at higher than 75. Welcome to INT 15.
