You try to start a flurry, but fail to gain momentum.
Description
Once I read "help buoyancy", the first thing I thought of was flurry.
Now I know what buoyancy really prevents :-), but perhaps it should
stop flurrying, too.
(Note: I am a sword spec, not a transmuter)
