reciting at held items vs. worn
Description
If you wear two identical items, remove one, then try to recite a scroll at it using only the item name, e.g. "recite scroll item", you can end up targetting the one you're still wearing, which tends not to work since the scroll's target has to be in your inventory.
Under those circumstances it seems reasonable for the scroll to target matching items found in the reciter's inventory before targetting those he's still wearing.

This is very similar to a problem I've had for years with cabal healers, or at least the battle healer: when you have items with shared keywords, and try to uncurse one, it invariably tries to uncurse the wrong one, and when you then type 2.whatever, it takes your money and utters the words or whatever, but nothing happens, it keeps trying to do it on the same one, no matter what number prefix you use.
Do you think this fix fixed that? If not, add that to the queue!
