Subject: Fixed.
This was possible a number of ways, most of them rare and impossible to do intentionally, but one way to do it on purpose to someone. These should all be fixed by next crash/reboot.
Note that you can still end up with stacked affects if you get knocked out, get woken (forcefully), and trigger a second trap while you are still groggy. The fix prevents stacking on sleeping people.
