mariner's weapons
Description
The special effect on mariner's weapons fires VERY rarely (like twice in well over 1000 rounds of overall melee) and I've only seen it work on the ocean....where everything is immune to it. By design?
I remember mountaineer's weapons special effect firing fairly regularly and in all terrains.
