Possible bug with Holy Retribution.

I had been fighting Heatley, and had him poisoned, cursed, etc. Some heroes decided to ruin the fight and one of them did this supplication on Heatley: <65%hp 21%m 95%mv 10918tnl> Heatley yells 'Help someone is attacking me!' You narrow your eyes and glare in Heatley's direction. Your fatigue DISTRESSES Heatley! Vyalrindur lays his hands upon Heatley's head, healing him. Heatley is no longer blinded. You are suddenly wracked from the inside by an intense burning as the powers of your poisons are turned against you. Heatley's holy retribution devastates you! Heatley looks much better. Heatley looks more relaxed. Heatley is covered with bleeding wounds. Vyalrindur is not in range, so is it a bug that this should do damage to me?
