Dispel Magic from Mobs to Characters.

With the recent change to dispel and cancel with the highlights and such I have noticed that when I am dispelled by a mob I DON'T see it happen at all. Is this by design or is there still something wrong with it? I go in fully prepped out the wazoo and a few moments later I have no touch up and am getting hit like a truck in the next round. When I flee and look at my affects Half or most all of my spells are gone. I have tried this on mobs that do not dispel and on other mobs that dispel. When I see the mob utter the words to dispel I look at my affects and some spells are gone but I don't get an echo of anysort saying that I was dispelled or if anything was dispelled. This a problem or is this by design...it's a major pain... *grumble* Thanks
